[接上页] 9 The Government of Belize shal lbear claims, if any relating d-irectly or indirectly to any action performed or omission madeby the Programme personnel in the course of their official fu-nctions in Belize, provided however that such claims do not a-rise from the gross negligence of willful misconduct on the p-art of the Programme Persnnel. 10 Programme Personnel shall complyu with the laws and customsof Belize and shall not engage in any profit-creating busine-ss during their assignment in Belize. 11 Both the Government of Belize and the Government of the Repu-blic of China shll hold consultations, fro mtime to time, forthe successful implementation of the Programme in Belize. 12 This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of signatu-re. It may be amended by an Exchange of letters between the two Governments and shall remain in force untifl six months ater the date of the written notification fro meither Govern-ment to the other of the intentino of terminate it. Done in duplicate in the English and Chinese languages, boteh t-exts being equally authentic, at Belize City, this 13TH day ofAugust, 2002 corresponding to the 13TH day of the Eighth monthof the Ninety-first year fo the Republic of China.
