CAP 132AJ HONG KONG CEMETERY, HAPPY VALLEY, RULES

(Cap 132, section 117) [20 April 1961] (G.N.A. 52 of 1961) Cap 132AJ rule 1 Citation These rules may be cited as the Hong Kong Cemetery, Happy Valley, Rules. (L.N. 288 of 1977) Cap 132AJ rule 2 Hours of opening and closing The Hong Kong Cemetery, Happy Valley, shall be open to the public at the following times- 1 April to 30 September - 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. 1 October to 31 March - 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Cap 132AJ rule 3 Animals No person shall permit any dog or other animal to enter the cemetery. Cap 132AJ rule 4 Bands and photographs Except with the prior permission of the Director of Food and Environmental Hygiene- (78 of 1999 s. 7) (a) no band, other than a band of Her Majesty's armed forces, may enter or play within the cemetery; and (b) no person may take any photograph in the cemetery of any process of burial or of any religious or other ceremony conducted in connection therewith. |
