CAP 106T TELECOMMUNICATIONS (APSTAR-IIR) (EXEMPTION FROM LICENSING) ORDER

(36 of 2000 s. 28) (Cap 106, section 39) [3 October 1997] (L.N. 451 of 1997) Cap 106T s 1 Interpretation In this Order- "company" (公司) means the APT Satellite Company Limited. Cap 106T s 2 Exemption The company, to the extent that it- (a) establishes or maintains a means of telecommunications; and (b) uses or possesses apparatus for telecommunications,on the satellite APSTAR-IIR, is exempted from the obligation to hold a licence under section 8(1) of the Ordinance.
