CAP 106Q TELECOMMUNICATIONS (APSTAR-1) (EXEMPTION FROM LICENSING) ORDER

(36 of 2000 s. 28) (Cap 106, section 39) [29 July 1994] (L.N. 457 of 1994) Cap 106Q s 1 Interpretation In this Order- "company" (公司) means the APT Satellite Company Limited. (Enacted 1994) Cap 106Q s 2 Exemption The company, to the extent that it- (a) establishes or maintains a means of telecommunications; and (b) uses or possesses apparatus for telecommunications, on the satellite APSTAR-1, is exempted from the obligation to hold a licence under 8(1) of the Ordinance.
