重庆市律师协会关于举办“面对面——与世界500强企业总法律顾问的对话”专题讲座的正式通知

各律师事务所： 为帮助我市律师加深对为跨国企业提供法律服务的标准和要求的认识，便于与企业法务部门高效配合以便有效开拓涉外法律业务领域、提升专业服务水准，市律师协会将于近期举办专题讲座。现将正式通知如下： 一、时间 ：2011年12月2日（星期五）上午9：30-12：00； 报到时间：9：00-9：30 二、地点：市司法局二楼大会议室 三、主题：“face to face-----dialogue with general counsels of world top 500 companies （面对面-与世界500强企业总法律顾问的对话）” 四、主讲嘉宾 1、ms. angell xi 奚敏洁女士 ge intelligent platforms 通用电气智能平台业务集团（上海） 亚太区法务总监asia pacific counsel 2、mr. frank li 李忠先生 deheng law offices 德恒律师事务所（北京） 合伙人 五、讲座内容： 1、how your in-house counsels serve the company’s needs for legal support and legal management? （and with a brief introduction to your company’s legal team and functions）； 公司法务人员如何根据公司需要提供法律支持及进行法务管理？（并简要介绍该公司法务部门及其功能职责）； 2、 your views on the outside counsels， and your expectations for them to provide the added value； one or two examples welcomed； 对公司外聘律师的看法，以及对他们提供增值服务的期望（最好含1-2个案例）； 3、 your comparison of western lawyers and prc lawyers， and suggestions to the latter， and 就中国律师和西方律师的服务作出比较，并向中国律师提供建议； 4、 any other relevant topics or information you want to discuss or share with us. 请已报名的律师准时参加培训，讲座正式开始后将不再发放培训卡。 联系人：鲁李锦蓝 联系电话：67086242 重庆市律师协会 二〇一一年十一月二十九日 |
