(Cap 462, sections 4(1) and 8(2))* [10 April 1985] (S.I. 443 of 1985) _________________________________________________________________________________ Note: * This Order was made under section 2 of the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act 1971 (1971 c.19 U.K.). See sections 4(1) and 8(2)(a) of the Carriage of Goods by Sea Ordinance, enacted in 1994 (Cap 462). Cap 462A para 1 This Order may be cited as the Carriage of Goods by Sea (Parties to Convention) Order 1985 (Words omitted as spent). (Enacted 1985) Cap 462A para 2 It is hereby certified that the contracting States to the International Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules of Law relating to Bills of Lading signed at Brussels on 25th August 1924(a), as amended by the Protocol signed at Brussels on 23rd February 1968(b), and the territories in respect of which they are respectively contracting States are as listed in the Schedule to this Order.
