　　第434D章第1条为限制基金的目的而订明的利率
　　
　　《1976年海事索赔责任限制公约》第11条第1段适用的利率─
　　
　　(a)自1987年1月16日起至1987年4月30日止为7.5%；
　　
　　(b)自1987年5月1日起至1987年11月5日止为6%；
　　
　　(c)自1987年11月6日起至1988年5月5日止为7.38%；
　　
　　(d)自1988年5月6日起至1989年10月5日止为5.89%；
　　
　　(e)自1989年10月6日起至1990年6月14日止为11.09%；
