(Shipping and Port Control (Ferry Terminals) Regulations, regulation 3) [30 October 1992] (L.N. 352 of 1992) Cap 313P para 1 Terminal boundaries Remarks: Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 64 of 1999 s. 3 The boundaries of the ferry terminal known as the China Ferry Terminal which is a terminal to be used by ferry vessels arriving in the waters of Hong Kong from Macau or any other place in China or leaving such waters for Macau or any other place in China are declared to be those edged in red enclosing an adjoining area of land and water approximately 12.263 hectares in aggregate area, on the plans Serial Nos. DM 23a and DM 23a/1 to DM 23a/6 respectively dated 30 March 1992, signed by the Director of Marine and deposited in his office.
