CAP 313O SHIPPING AND PORT CONTROL (SPECIFICATION OF AREAS) NOTICE

Cap 313O para 2 Specification of areas The Director has specified that rafts and impoundments permitted by a licence issued under section 8 of the Marine Fish Culture Ordinance (Cap 353) may be laid, placed, erected or maintained without his permission in those areas of the waters of Hong Kong, designated under section 5 of that Ordinance as fish culture zones, listed in the Schedule hereto.
