The fee for the issue by the Chief Executive of a copy or replacement of a document issued under the Order or under regulations made thereunder shall be $50: (36 of 1999 s. 3) Provided that for a copy or replacement of a flight manual or performance schedule relating to a certificate of airworthiness the fee shall be the cost of preparing the copy or replacement as the case may be, but shall not exceed $2180.
