CAP 393C TATE'S CAIRN TUNNEL (DESIGNATION OF AGREEMENTS) NOTICE

(Cap 393 section 2(1)) [1 July 1988] (L.N. 177 of 1988) Cap 393C para 1 Citation This notice may be cited as the Tate's Cairn Tunnel (Designation of Agreements) Notice. (Enacted 1988) Cap 393C para 2 Designation of guarantee agreement The agreement specified in Schedule 1 is hereby designated as the guarantee agreement for the purposes of the definition of "guarantee agreement" in section 2 of the Ordinance. (Enacted 1988) Cap 393C para 3 Designation of further guarantee agreement The agreement specified in Schedule 2 is hereby designated as the further guarantee agreement for the purposes of the definition of "further guarantee agreement" in section 2 of the Ordinance. (Enacted 1988) Cap 393C para 4 Designation of project agreement The agreements specified in Schedule 3 are hereby designated as the project agreement for the purposes of the definition of "project agreement" in section 2 of the Ordinance.
