(Enacted 1995) Cap 374S s 3 Approved screening devices under section 39F(1)(b) of the Ordinance The devices described in Schedule 2 are approved as screening devices for the purpose of indicating whether the proportion of alcohol in a person's breath is likely to exceed the prescribed limit.
