CAP 374L HIRE CAR PERMITS (LIMITATION ON NUMBERS) NOTICE

*(Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) Regulations, regulation 19(1)) [10 April 1981] (L.N. 128 of 1981) ______________________________________________________________________________ Note: * This notice shall have effect as if made under the said regulation. Cap 374L para 1 Citation This notice may be cited as the Hire Car Permits (Limitation on Numbers) Notice. Cap 374L para 2 Limitation The total number of hire car permits which may be issued shall be- (a) for private hire car service, 1500; (b) for hotel hire car service, 400; (L.N. 106 of 1982; L.N. 293 of 1989) (c) for airport hire car service, 60; (d) for school hire car service, 1500; (e) for tour hire car service, 400.
