(Cap 372 section 4) [30 November 1984] (L.N. 390 of 1984; L.N. 202 of 1985; L.N. 18 of 1996) Cap 372D para 1 Citation This order may be cited as the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation (Permitted Activities) (Consolidation) Order. Cap 372D para 2 (Repealed L.N. 168 of 2000) Cap 372D para 3 Permitted activities The Corporation is permitted to engage in the activities specified in the Schedule. Cap 372D SCHEDULE [paragraph 3] PERMITTED ACTIVITIES OF THE KOWLOON-CANTON RAILWAY CORPORATION 1. To consign or carry goods from any place outside Hong Kong to Hong Kong. (L.N. 168 of 2000) 2. To store outside Hong Kong goods which have been or are to be- (a) consigned by the Corporation; or (b) carried by the Corporation. (L.N. 168 of 2000) 3. (Repealed L.N. 168 of 2000) |
