(Cap 499 section 32) [1 April 1998] (L.N. 72 of 1998)(L.N. 456 of 1997) Cap 499B s 1 (Omitted as spent) (Omitted as spent) Cap 499B s 2 Fees for applications under the Ordinance The fees specified in the Schedule shall be the prescribed application fees for the purposes of sections 5(2)(d), 6(2), 10(1)(e), 12(5) and 13(6) of the Ordinance, as may be applicable. Cap 499B s 3 Waiver of fees No fee specified in the Schedule shall be payable by any Government department which does not operate under a trading fund within the meaning of the Trading Funds Ordinance (Cap. 430).
