(Cap 358 section 4) [28 February 1992] (L.N. 37 of 1992) Cap 358V s 1 Citation This Order may be cited as the Water Pollution Control (North Western Water Control Zone) Order. (Enacted 1992) Cap 358V s 2 Declaration of North Western Water Control Zone That part of Hong Kong described in the Schedule is declared to be a water control zone for the purposes of the Ordinance, and is to be known as the North Western Water Control Zone. (Enacted 1992) Cap 358V s 3 Designation of Authority The Director of Environmental Protection is designated as the Authority for the North Western Water Control Zone. (Enacted 1992) Cap 358V SCHEDULE [section 2] The area of Hong Kong bounded by grey edging on a series of maps of the scale of 1:20000 marked NWWCZ 1, NWWCZ 2, NWWCZ 3, NWWCZ 4 and NWWCZ 5 described as "North Western Water Control Zone" signed by the Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands on 6 November 1991, and deposited in the Land Registry, Victoria.
