CAP 311K AIR POLLUTION CONTROL (SPECIFIED PROCESSES) (REMOVAL OF EXEMPTION) ORDER 1993

(Cap 311 section 20AA) (L.N. 477 of 1994) [26 November 1993] (L.N. 452 of 1993) Cap 311K s 1 Removal of exemption (1) It is hereby declared that after the specified date*, an exemption from the requirement to comply with section 13 of the Ordinance granted on or before the specified date under section 20 of the Ordinance to the owner of any of the following classes of premises shall no longer apply- (a) premises used for the conduct of aluminium works; (b) premises used for the conduct of petrochemical works; (c) premises used for the conduct of tar and bitumen works; or (d) premises used for the conduct of cement works and situated less than 100 m from any other premises which are wholly or partly used, whether solely or principally, for dwelling purposes.(2) In this Order- *"the specified date" (指明日期) means the date immediately preceding the first anniversary of the publication of this Order in the Gazette.
