(Enacted 1996) Cap 476B SCHEDULE [section 1] 1. Hoi Ha Wan Marine Park That area delineated and coloured pink on the map (Plan No. MP/HHW) approved on 25 June 1996 by the Governor in Council and deposited in the Land Registry, the Sai Kung New Territories Land Registry, Tai Po New Territories Land Registry and North New Territories Land Registry, the headquarters of the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department and the headquarters of the Marine Department. 2. Yan Chau Tong Marine Park Those areas delineated and coloured pink on the map (Plan No. MP/YCT) approved on 25 June 1996 by the Governor in Council and deposited in the Land Registry, the Sai Kung New Territories Land Registry, Tai Po New Territories Land Registry and North New Territories Land Registry, the headquarters of the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department and the headquarters of the Marine Department. 3. Sha Chau and Lung Kwu Chau Marine Park That area delineated and coloured pink on the map (Plan No. MP/SHAA) approved on 29 October 1996 by the Governor in Council and deposited in the Land Registry, the Tuen Mun New Territories Land Registry, the Yuen Long New Territories Land Registry, the Tsuen Wan New Territories Land Registry, the Islands New Territories Land Registry, the headquarters of the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department and the headquarters of the Marine Department. Tung Ping Chau Marine Park That area delineated and coloured pink on the map (Plan No. MP/TPC) approved on 10 July 2001 by the Chief Executive in Council and deposited in the Land Registry, the Tai Po New Territories Land Registry, the headquarters of the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department and the headquarters of the Marine Department.
