(Cap 357 section 7) [6 September 1991] (L.N. 354 of 1991) Cap 357E para 1 Citation This order may be cited as the Electricity Networks (Statutory Easements) (Rectification of Approved Scheme) Order 1991. (Enacted 1991) Cap 357E para 2 Interpretation In this order- "approved scheme" (获准计划) means the scheme specified in the Schedule; "power company" (电力公司) means the China Light & Power Company, Limited. (Enacted 1991) Cap 357E para 3 Rectification of approved scheme Subject to section 7(3) of the Ordinance, the approved scheme shall have effect as rectified by the agreement made between the power company and the Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands and deposited in the Land Office on 3 July 1991. (Enacted 1991) Cap 357E SCHEDULE [paragraph 2] APPROVED SCHEME 400 kV Transmission Lines, Yuen Long Sub-Station to Lai Chi Kok Sub-Station; 6 July 1989. Approved by the Secretary for Lands and Works and deposited in the Land Office on 12 July 1989. (Enacted 1991) |
