(Cap 357 section 7) [2 March 1990] (L.N. 63 of 1990) Cap 357D para 1 Citation This order may be cited as the Electricity Networks (Statutory Easements) (Rectification of Approved Scheme) Order 1990. (Enacted 1990) Cap 357D para 2 Interpretation In this order- "approved scheme" (获准计划) means the scheme specified in the Schedule; "power company" (电力公司) means the China Light & Power Company, Limited. (Enacted 1990) Cap 357D para 3 Rectification of approved scheme Subject to section 7(3) of the Ordinance, the approved scheme shall have effect as rectified by the agreement made between the power company and the Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands and deposited in the Land Office on 17 January 1990. (Enacted 1990) Cap 357D SCHEDULE [paragraph 2] APPROVED SCHEME 400 kV Transmission Lines, Tai Po to PRC Border and Yuen Long to PRC Border; 15 December 1988. Approved by the Secretary for Lands and Works and deposited in the Land Office on 4 January 1989. (Enacted 1990) |
