(C) 64 of 1996 (Chinese authentic version) Cap 357B para 1 Citation This order may be cited as the Electricity Networks (Statutory Easements) (Rectification of Approved Scheme) (Consolidation) Order. Cap 357B para 2 Interpretation In this order- "approved scheme" (获准计划) means the scheme specified in the Schedule; "power company" (电力公司) means the China Light & Power Company, Limited; "Secretary" (地政司) means the Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands. (L.N. 244 of 1989) Cap 357B para 3 Rectification of approved scheme Subject to section 7(3) of the Ordinance, the approved scheme shall have effect as rectified by- (a) the agreement made between the power company and the Secretary and deposited in the Land Registry on 21 October 1981; (L.N. 8 of 1982) (b) the agreement made between the power company and the Secretary and deposited in the Land Registry on 1 June 1984; (L.N. 188 of 1984) (c) the agreement made between the power company and the Secretary and deposited in the Land Registry on 2 September 1988; (L.N. 264 of 1988) (8 of 1993 s. 30) Cap 357B SCHEDULE [paragraph 2] APPROVED SCHEME 400 kV New Territories network; 5 March 1981.
