(Cap 485, section 46) [3 August 1999] (L.N. 120 of 1999) Cap 485C s 1 (Omitted as spent) (Omitted as spent) Cap 485C s 2 Fees (1) The amounts set out in column 4 of the Schedules are the fees prescribed in relation to the provisions specified in column 2 of those Schedules. (2) A fee prescribed in Schedule 2 is payable when an application is lodged with the Authority for the relevant approval.
