(Cap 447 section 35) [9 February 1995] (L.N. 3 of 1995) Cap 447B s 1 (Omitted as spent) (Omitted as spent) (Enacted 1995) Cap 447B s 2 Fee payable upon issue or renewal of certificate of exemption The fee payable to the Authority upon the issue of a certificate of exemption under section 8 or the renewal of a certificate of exemption under section 9 of the Ordinance shall be $90. (Enacted 1995) Cap 447B s 3 Fee payable upon issue or renewal of licence The fee payable to the Authority upon the issue of a licence under section 12 or the renewal of a licence under section 13 of the Ordinance shall be in accordance with the number of permitted bedspaces as follows- Number of permitted bedspaces Fee $ 12 - 20 370 21 - 30 570 31 - 40 800 41 - 50 1030 51 - 60 1250 61 - 70 1480 71 or more 2280 (Enacted 1995) Cap 447B s 4 Adjustment of licence fee Where a licence is issued under section 12 or renewed under section 13 of the Ordinance for a period of less than 12 months, the fee for issue or renewal shall be determined by multiplying one-twelfth of the fee under section 3 by the number of months for which the licence is issued or renewed, as the case may be. (Enacted 1995) Cap 447B s 5 Waiver of fee The Authority may waive, remit, reduce or refund the whole or any part of a fee prescribed in this Regulation. (Enacted 1995) |
