Cap 162B SCHEDULE [section 2] FEES Item Particular Fee $ 1. Registration fees- (a) payable on first registration- (i) in the case of a person who has completed training in midwifery in Hong Kong (ii) in the case of a person who has completed training in midwifery outside Hong Kong(b) payable on application for restoration of the name of a person to the register 305 1000 145 2.
