CAP 119A CREDIT UNIONS (FORMS) REGULATIONS

(Cap 119 section 85) [28 February 1970](L.N. 2 of 1970) Cap 119A reg 1 Citation These regulations may be cited as the Credit Unions (Forms) Regulations. Cap 119A reg 2 Memorandum of association The memorandum of association required under subsection (2) of section 4 of the Ordinance shall be in Form 1 in the Schedule. Cap 119A reg 3 Certificate of registration The certificate of registration issued under subsection (3) of section 5 of the Ordinance shall be in Form 2 in the Schedule. Cap 119A SCHEDULE FORM 1 [section 4(2)] THE CREDIT UNIONS ORDINANCE (Chapter 119) MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION (Section 4) 1. The undersigned hereby apply for the registration of a Credit Union under the provisions of the Credit Unions Ordinance. 2.
