第5/2004号行政长官公告，命令公布中华人民共和国就接受保加利亚、立陶宛、斯里兰卡、斯洛文尼亚、乌克兰、俄罗斯、白俄罗斯和科威特加入一九七零年三月十八日於海牙签署的《关於从国外调取民事或商事证据的公约》的通知书，以及作为该公约保管实体之荷兰王国外交部作出的通知书

监於中华人民共和国已於一九九九年十二月十六日向作为一九七零年三月十八日於海牙签署的《关於从国外调取民事或商事证据的公约》保管实体之荷兰王国外交部作出通知，有关公约将继续在澳门特别行政区适用； 又监於中华人民共和国於二零零三年六月二十五日就澳门特别行政区政府的建议通知有关公约的保管实体，接受保加利亚、立陶宛、斯里兰卡、斯洛文尼亚、乌克兰、俄罗斯、白俄罗斯和科威特对公约的加入； 再监於作为保管实体之荷兰王国外交部已於二零零三年十一月五日通知，中华人民共和国就澳门特别行政区政府的建议接受保加利亚、立陶宛、斯里兰卡、斯洛文尼亚、乌克兰、俄罗斯、白俄罗斯和科威特对公约的加入； 行政长官根据澳门特别行政区第3/1999号法律第六条第一款的规定，命令公布： ——中华人民共和国於二零零三年六月二十五日作出的通知书，其中文本、与送交保管实体文本相符的英文本，以及有关的葡文译本； ——保管实体於二零零三年十一月五日作出的通知书，其英文本及有关的中文和葡文译本。 二零零四年二月二十七日发布。 行政长官 何厚铧 ——— Notification 25th June 2003 ?(...) In accordance with the provision of Paragraph 4 of Article 39 of the Hague Convention of 18 March 1970 on the Taking of Evidence Abroad in Civil or Commercial Matters, the Government of the People’s Republic of China declares to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, depository of the above-mentioned convention, to accept the accession to the above-mentioned convention of the following states: Bulgaria, Lithuania, Sri Lanka, Slovenia, Ukraine, Russian Federation, Belarus and Kuwait. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Basic Law of the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong of the People’s Republic of China and the Basic Law of the Special Administrative Region of Macao of the People’s Republic of China as well as the opinions of the Governments of the two Special Administrative Regions, the above acceptance applies to both the Hong Kong Administrative Region and the Macao Administrative Region.
