第18/2003号行政长官公告，命令公布中华人民共和国关於《万国邮政联盟组织法》一九六九年、一九七四年、一九八四年、一九八九年和一九九四年的附加议定书适用於澳门特别行政区的通知书

监於中华人民共和国已於二零零三年四月二十二日通知作为《万国邮政联盟组织法》及其附加议定书的保管实体的万国邮政联盟国际局局长，《万国邮政联盟组织法》一九六九年、一九七四年、一九八四年、一九八九年和一九九四年的附加议定书适用於澳门特别行政区； 行政长官根据澳门特别行政区第3/1999号法律第六条第一款的规定，命令公布中华人民共和国於二零零三年四月二十二日作出之通知书。该通知书与送交保管实体的文本相符的英文本，以及有关的中、葡文译本附於本公告。 二零零三年七月十日发布。 行政长官 何厚铧 ——— Notification "(...) In accordance with Article 138 of the Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, the application to the Macao Special Administrative Region of international agreements to which the People's Republic of China is a member or becomes a party shall be decided by the Central People's Government, in accordance with the circumstances and needs of the Region, and after seeking the views of the government of the Region. After seeking the views of the government of the Macao Special Administrative Region, the Government of the People's Republic of China has decided that the Additional Protocols to the Constitution of the Universal Postal Union, which were adopted successively in 1969, 1974, 1984, 1989 and 1994, are applicable to the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
