CAP 266A MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENTS REGULATIONS

(Cap 266 section 12) [18 November 1988] (L.N. 301 of 1988) Cap 266A reg 1 Citation These regulations may be cited as the Massage Establishments Regulations. (Enacted 1988) Cap 266A reg 2 Form of application for licence and renewal The prescribed form of an application for a licence and for the renewal of a licence shall be that in Form 1 in Schedule 1. (Enacted 1988) Cap 266A reg 3 Application for licence and renewal of licence (1) An application for a licence and for the renewal of a licence shall be lodged with the licensing authority and shall be accompanied by 2 copies of a recent photograph of the applicant and such documents as may be prescribed in Part II of Form I in Schedule 1. (2) Where the prescribed document is a sketch or plan, it shall be signed by the applicant certifying that it is a true copy. (Enacted 1988) Cap 266A reg 4 Fee for licence The prescribed fee for the issue of a licence and for the renewal of a licence shall be that in Schedule 2. (Enacted 1988) Cap 266A reg 5 Licence The prescribed form of a licence and a renewal of a licence shall be that in Form 2 in Schedule 1.
